"The Goods hale from Costa Mesa, California. They were started in the spring of 1989 by Tony Scalzo & Nick Sjobeck after the Critically acclaimed band Electric Cool-Aide Split up. The Goods are/were a high energy punk pop band in the style of the late seventies SoCal groups such as The Dils, The Weirdos and the Zeros. In 1991 Tony, along with drummer Jamie Reidling left for Austin Texas. Scalzo went on to fame with FastBall and Jamie Reidling currently plays in The US Bombs and Die Hunns. Nick Sjobeck fronts the seminal punk band Dodge Dart. The Goods have played a few "re-union" shows over the past few years but have never really broken up. So who knows what the future may bring.........."
