  • The band had been booted from the middle of the Warped tour for "bad behavior" out East, and some incidents including pills, Lou Dog and friction with the straight-edgey jock core band the they had to share a bus with called Orange 9mm. This was Sublime's homecoming show back into California, where they were brought back onboard for the final West Coast leg to help boost sagging ticket sales...
  • other bands on bill that day included L7, Quicksand, Orange 9mm and No Doubt opening
  • recall Ziggens & Lagwagon played side stages by skate ramp up the hill from main amphitheater
  • Ziggens parked their van just outside the fence so technically, they could legally drink their own beer...we'd scramble through a gap in the fence to go in & out of the venue in a big grassy field.
  • "Sleep Train Pavilion, 2000 Kirker Pass Road, Concord"
