Show was shut down by the Huntington Beach Police, due to lack of a permit. Sublime's set was cut short, and the rest of the bands, including Korn, didn't play.

The outdoor theater is in a bowl-shaped area, surrounded by trees and shrubs. Audience members are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets and a picnic dinner. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
