http://www.sublimearchive.com contains unauthorized music and images of the above-referenced
musical groups and that such materials are available for public access without the written
authorization of the owners of such material, including Universal Music Publishing Group.

This shall serve as a preliminary notice and demand to take down all unauthorized material
containing the image, likeness, and music of the above-referenced music groups.

Nothing contained herein or omitted herefrom shall be deemed to be an admission of any fact or
a waiver of any rights or remedies with respect to the subject matter hereof, all of which
rights and remedies are hereby expressly reserved.
