Raleigh Soliloquy Pt. II is part of three spoken word tracks by Raleigh Theodore Sakers to show up on Sublime's Robbin' the Hood release. These three tracks were taken from a longer rant, that was also released as a bootleg.
In this section of his rant, Raleigh is supposedly confronted by a guard of some sort, who threatens to kick him out of his room and send him to the psych ward if he does not cease his loud ranting.
